Dear Parent/Carer,

At Bitterne Manor, we’re proud of our warm, supportive school where every child is encouraged to do their best. We believe in working closely with families to help all pupils thrive.

Here’s how you can get involved and stay connected:

• 🏫 Visit us anytime – You’re always welcome to drop in!

• 📚 Join us for events – Parents’ evenings, book looks, and assemblies are great ways to celebrate learning.

• 💬 Share your thoughts – Talk to your child’s teacher or the Headteacher if you have questions or concerns. We also send out surveys to hear your feedback.

• 🎉 Support the PTA – Help raise funds and plan fun events. New members always welcome!

• 🗳️ Become a Parent Governor – If a vacancy comes up, we’d love for you to apply.

We’re here to make sure your child feels happy, valued, and ready to reach their full potential.
