Our Learning Leaders hold one of the most important responsibilities in our school community at Bitterne Manor Primary School.
Each Learning Leader is democratically elected by their classmates through a pupil vote. This means they are chosen because their peers trust them, respect them and believe they will represent the class fairly and confidently. Being elected is a genuine honour and a position of responsibility.
Learning Leaders are the voice of the children. They gather ideas, listen carefully to the views of others and work alongside staff to help shape decisions that make our school even better. They lead by example, demonstrate our school values and show integrity, resilience and commitment in everything they do.
This is not just a title — it is a leadership role that carries real influence and real impact.
