Snack and Break

You have been working your socks off this morning, it's time for a well deserved break I think! Take some time to rest your brain and re-energise with some water or milk and a healthy snack. Don't forget to also take some time to be active too- whether it's having a run around outside or doing some jumping jacks in your front room!
I am going to have a snack too... some blueberries! Yum.
