Save our planet
What are we learning about?
This term we will be learning about our planet and the environmental changes that have happened in the past, are currently occurring now and might affect it in the future. We will be planning, leading and managing an eco week for the whole school, taking responsibility for publicity, running events and blogging about them..
ENGLISH
This term we will be watching the short film “Replay” and responding to it through a variety of writing genres. In Guided Reading, we will be looking at the text “Rabbits” by Shaun Tann, which looks at the environmental devastation caused by invaders. We will also use what we have learnt this term, to deliver a speech to our class to persuade people to look after our planet.
