Mindfulness is understanding what is going on inside and outside your body.  It is important to be aware of our senses, thoughts and emotions and how we can make these positive.  We hope you enjoy some of these activities.  You might like to have some of these discussions over the week.  Can you find three things each day to be thankful for?
