On behalf of the whole school community, welcome to Bitterne Manor Primary School!

We are a happy and popular school with high standards and expectations. Our team of talented and dedicated staff all work together to provide the best possible education for the children in our care. We recognise that children have individual needs and our aim is to provide a happy, stimulating environment, where everybody is valued and encouraged to fulfil their potential.

Our ‘Learning Values’ underpin the way children and staff approach their learning. We teach children to use their heads: reflect, logic, challenge; their hearts: pride, resilience, motivation and their hands: practical, communication and creating. These learning behaviours enable our children to be confident, independent learners.

In June 2016 Ofsted judged our school to be outstanding:
